Mixed use of Hotel and residential towers with view facing the Marina and the Arabian Gulf. Prominent location with accessibility to the loop road and village street in Reem Island. The two towers are situated within an active urban environment.  Retail is provided at promenade level where there is an access to main plaza via grand staircase. Maximum retail frontage towards the see and marina. The main plaza connects the hotel and residential tower with the promenade. Efficient floor plans that offers variety of view with corner suites.
