The building design is inspired by the ancient art of folding to create intricate designs similar to geometrical patterns used in Islamic Art and Architecture. The three story commercial building on sheikh Zayed Road has a car showroom on the ground floor and two levels of offices on the second and third level while parking is in the basement.
The building is angled towards the south to provide open views of sheikh zayed road while the corner offices at the north side is angled to offers view of Burj Khalifa tower. The exterior facade is a double skin facade, the interior being a floor to floor glass curtain wall while the wooden facade acts like a Mashrabiya to control glare and the amount of heat admitted to the interior of the building.
