Opening for Business Development/ Architectural Project Coordinator

All candidates have to be already in Dubai or on a visit-visa

The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and will take few tests to determine their eligibility for the role.

Education & Experience:

We are looking for Architects with 3-8 years of experience with strong interest or experience in Business Development, PR and Marketing. This position has incredible growth potential.

- Architectural Degree is a must

- Masters degree is a plus

- Business Administration and Marketing Experience is a plus

- Media, Fashion and photography interest is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

• Personal Assistant to RAW-NYC Design Director, Raya Ani managing her calendar and different responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings and presentations using softwares like CAD, 3d softwares, Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Identify and develop contacts with potential clients.

• Marketing and PR for RAW-NYC through conventional means as well as through social media outlets

• Secure client's commitment on projects

• Coordinate work between RAW-NYC different offices and our partners / collaborators

• Develop business relationships with major clients and develop new clients

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings for compliance with design direction

• Overall office Management tasks
